Request for Qualifications Architectural Services

The City of Falfurrias is in the process of receiving a grant from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Business Development Grant (RBDG) Program.  Accordingly, the City of Falfurrias is seeking to contract with a qualified Architectural Firm (individual/firm) to prepare all preliminary and final design plans and specifications, and to conduct all necessary interim and final inspections.  These services are being solicited to assist the City of Falfurrias in its compliance with USDA RBDG requirements in the development of a 10,000 sq ft advanced business incubation facility. Proposals must be received by the City of Falfurrias no later 10 AM CST on October 5, 2023.
